[Resolved] Flipkart — installation service | |||
I have ordered mi led 4a pro 32 inch from flipkart, the product has been delivered on may 23rd, 2019. The installation date given by flipkart is may 24th, but the installation not yet happened till date. The issue already raised as high priority but still flipkart not taking any action on it. I asked them if i called the technician from mi directly, flipkart customer care support saying that the replacement and warranty will not be considered if i do so. That is one of the worst service i have ever seen in any online shopping retailers. Was this information helpful? | |||
