Flipkart — Installation/return of washing machine | |||||
Hi, I asked for return of washing machine which flipkart denied outrightly saying their replacement policy covers only damaged, defective, item not as described. While on the website it is also mentioned "what is flipkart's friendly returns policy? At flipkart, we understand how much you value your every purchase. And we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as delightful as possible. Therefore, in the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with what you ordered, just return it to us" I asked customer care certain queries for which i got no response. And today installation & demo of washing machine is cancelled without giving any explanation. There were issues with installation & demo to be provided by ifb team. Instead of enquiring ifb's support validity of claim they are making customers go through the hoops. I thought flipkart's customer service to be better than this and am really unsatisfied with how its handled. Was this information helpful? | |||||
