I have ordered 3 items for the same product. The order id for all the 3 quantity shows OD[protected]. I got one product instead of 3 items. So I am returning all 3 orders, but I have only one product to return. Flipkart has issues with more than one quantity of products. It delivers 1 instead of 3 and marks all the orders as delivered. It's a serious mistake in the Flipkart system. I have nothing to return on this product. I am retuning one item for this order - OD[protected]. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I was not able to return this product and Raised multiple requests but I don.'t get any solution. Customer service said I can return product even after deadlines as I had raised request

Now customer care is denying my request that its not returnable and also not transferring my call to senior authorities.

I lost my time and rs 1500
