[Resolved] Flipkart — internal hard disc | |||||
I had ordered internal hard disc (Pata type with product no. St3160215ace) on monday 23rd oct 17. As per the picture shown on the website, it was pata type with ide-100 specs. Order no.: od[protected] However, when i receive the hard disc on 28th oct 17, i noticed, it is the sata type with product no.: st31602158ce This is not acceptable. I did not get the product which i really wanted. Is this the flipkart policy to treat its customers. I want to return this product and want the intended hard disc with pata type only.
