OD[protected] Dear Team, In reference to above mentioned subject, I am writing this mail with high hopes. I had 2 men’s crocs sandals & 2 women’s crocs slippers for which I received packet 25th December, 2019. • Instead of 4 pairs, I have received only 3 pairs. • To my surprise your system shows all 4 pairs of crocs are delivered. • Out of total 3 pairs delivered to me, 2 were of wrong size. • What is going on? No process? No quality control? • Why your system shows that 4 pairs are delivered, when only 3 pairs were delivered? Even after several Reminders on mail & calls, I have not received satisfactory resolution. Request you to take appropriate action against company.
