Is it so hard for company like flipkart to provide invoice copy of orders which i purchased??? Do you guys have some rocket science to create invoice copies and provide to customer, is that why it is taking so long time??? After receiving hilarious customer service on first 2 days, i get a call from some one from flipkart stating he is looking into issue and following up. Next 2-3 days i get daily emails stating its taking time and i will get resolution in 24 hours. Last update i received that issue will be resolved on 4th august but today i am still waiting for freaking invoice copies... Never seen such poor customer service by any company till date. I thought flipkart is a brand name and better organisation but this incident proved me wrong. Was this information helpful? | |||||
