My order, Motorola G52, is delivered on 31 March 2023. I am not able to download the invoice from flipkart app/ website. It is a matter o[censored]tter surprise that the invoice is not available there still after 3-4 days. I am not able to visit service centre for an issue without valid invoice. Moreover, complaints logged to Flipkart are automatically getting resolved without actually addressing the issue. They are not sending the invoice via e-mail also. Apr 10, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved After so many calls and chats for more than 10 days, Flipkart finally sent me invoice by E-mail on 10 April 2023 and also solved the portal issue. Tips: If you are in trouble with Flipkart do not let them slip away because they do mark 'Resolved' automatically their pending complaints without solving the issue. Track your complaints everyday and keep raising them again until your issue gets resolved. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
