[Resolved] Flipkart — invoice not sent for order no. od[protected] | |||||
I purchased a vu 55 inches television and 2 years extended warranty from flipkart on 23sep2017 vide order no. Od[protected]. The television was delivered on 28sep2017 but there was no hard copy of invoice sent along with the order. I waited for a few days and checked my mailbox but to no avail. I tried extracting / emailing the invoice copy from the online portal but "request invoice" option itself is disabled since then. However, i have received the invoice copy via email for the extended warranty but not the television. I have raised several complaints to the customer care with either call back / calling myself but they pretend to be helpless of the whole scenario. There is always a promise for resolution but there is absolutely no outcome. Invoice copy is the most important component for the legal purchase proof. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Oct 16, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I received the invoice copy on the email communications I've done earlier with the contact centre.
But it is highly inconvenient to keep following up for the invoice copy. This should be avoided by Flipkart. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 10, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on customer complaint.
