[Resolved] Flipkart — invoice with wrong serial no. of product provided. | |
I purchased a vu official android 140cm (55 inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv vide order no. Od[protected] from flipkart against the exchange of my 47" lg led tv for 15k and they delivered me an used and faulty tv which i used for 7-8 days and when i realised the problem in tv i raised a replacement request and they delivered a new tv this time but my problem starts here as i found that the serial no. Of the tv on invoice is different from the serial no. Sticker on the back of the tv. I raised this issue with flipkart and they advised me to contact the manufacturer to provide correct invoice. When i contacted the manufacturer i. E. Vu for this purpose they informed that only the seller can provide correct invoice because he is the person who has taken money against the sale of the product which i think is a correct point. When i told this to flipkart they say that they can not provide me the correct invoice and i need to return the product for refund.in between the cost of the tv has been increased by 5k. I want flipkart to solve this matter as the problem arise due to their mistake and why do i suffer and bear loss for flipkart's mistake? Was this information helpful? | |
