Shipment has arrived at nearest hub 2 days ago, but delivery not done till now. i have done so many call to customer care that i can pick my order from your location because i have to go out of station for 1 week. but no support form flipkart. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the product delivery was delayed as the product was missrouted to other city. Hence, took feedback Requested customer to place a fresh order customer agreed. The customer has conformed that refund is completed. and closing the case.
