I had ordered a iphone 12 128gb black during big billion days sale and paid for it online . First it showed that it will be delivered on 4th October. And then it says that it got delayed now the new expected delivery date is 7th October .. Then I contacted customer care . Instead of resolving my issue they said there logistic team will contact me.. Now I don't have any information about my product . And the logistics department didn't contact me yet ...
