[Resolved] Flipkart — iphone 5s second hand

I have issues regarding this product. Bcoz this is electronic product, it should have warranty period .Now i am facing issues with charger of that phone, so i went care for that so they are saying that this phone is second hand. and not under warranty condition, now the return time is over so, i can not even return that order, Even according to apple care, invoice is also manipulated.what i have to do Was this information helpful? Jul 20, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved As soon as i posted on the indian consumer complaints forum. i got regular hearing from flipkart and steps taken by the flipkart is very good and my prob got solved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 16, 2018 Updated by iammohak Respected Sir, As per the recent visit of mine to Apple care, They are refusing to give any written note about the iphone 5s, regarding the issues with it and as your representative told me about Job sheet for that i have to submit that iphone 5s in apple care.They told me that the i bought iphone from you is already been bought by another party in 30/11/2013.so what is should do now? Verified Support Jul 21, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. We've confirmed with the customer that he have received the refund in his bank account. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
