Hello, I had purcased a product from flipkart in may 2018. I received a fake profuct from flipkart. The invistigation took place. After thr invistigation result. They decided to send me a replacement. A replacement was being sent and once it reached to the final city destination. The replacement was cancelled and after that no replacement nor the refund is being provided to me till now. Evry time i call they say complaint is forwarded we will get back to you. I would like to have the clear report of the invistigation which took place 6 months back. A return was accepted and again after that relacement was taken off. The team have called me so many times. Sellers had called me so many times. Is this how you make fool of the customers. Every time i call they say we will file a complaint and escalate Was this information helpful? | |||||
