[Resolved]  Flipkart — IPhone Delivery Delayed since 7th October 2021

I had ordered an iPhone (and 6 other products and paid for all products in advance), which was supposed to deliver by 7th October 2021. However, while tracking my shipment, it showed "Your item has arrived at a Flipkart Facility" at my District place, which is 25 KM from the address I had mentioned in the order. However, the next day the trcking status showed that "Out of delivery area (Pincode-Address mismatch)". Post that, Flipkart postponed the delivery date to 9th October 2021. However on 9th, it didn't delivered and suggested me that they will resolve the issue by 14th October 2021. I had also visited the Flipkart delivery hubs in my taluka place and district place. But the personnel there said that we do not deliver in your area and the shipments have been returned to seller. If Flipkart has accepted all my orders from my Pin Code, they are supposed to deliver there. However, the lack of co-ordination between Flipkart and its delivery partners (Ekart) is delaying my order. Also, I believe there is lack of control on delivery partners, as they try to reject customer, when any customer asks query about their shipment (I experienced this at Ekart office). This whole scenario shows Flipkart's careless nature about its customers. Today, its 11th October and my other shipments are also showing the same status and the delivery dates are postponed. If Flipkart do not want to sell their products at particular PIN code, they should not accept such orders. Otherwise, they should deliver the accepted orders at any cost. All my shipments travelled more than 1000 KM distance in 2-3 days and arrived in my district but they did not reach from 25 KM distance. Isn't this a joke or harrassment of customer? I have to gift these products to someone on 15th October 2021, but because of this frustating I don't think I'll be able to do so.
