Flipkart — IPhone, product not yet delivered

We ordered, apple iPhone 14 plus on big billion days. Product not delivered yet, from oct 11 it was misrouted to same city but not to right delivery hub. The emi bill also generated against my order . If I cancel and reorder we need to pay emi cancellation charges and processing fees . Who will bear the cost bcoz their fault . Directly visited the delivery hub which mentioned in tracking details, they are in responsive and telling some careless answer.
