[Resolved] Flipkart — iphone se | |||||
I have ordered iphone se 32 gb gray on mon, oct 16th '17 10:47 am (Order id : od[protected], in exchange of my old iphone 5s (Imei no :[protected]. I already have paid remaining amount by my credit card. I have met delivery boy to exchange my phone and get the new one by basic observation he refused to take my phone as he was saying it was damaged. While observing he damaged my phone screen my pulling it up completely at one side (Which is too disappointing as it's now damaged). Then i visited delivery hub to verify it again and surprisingly he told me that it's in okay condition to replace. But then he dialed one number (*#07#) for some verification, which was not performed. So he again refused to take my cellphone. But, i am totally furious about your process as flipkart have mentioned only imei number in exchange policy, then from where the hell this weird number (*#07#) number came. I have talked to customer representative thrice in last three days and they resolve my issue without making followup by call or by mail. Those guys have promised me that i will get call from number starting with +9180679 twice but not got any call regarding my issue. And now today, i got message from flipkart that, they will refund the amount i have paid by 31-oct. I donb't want my money back, i want my phone which i have brought from them I am also attaching screenshot of my order as well as their exchange policy, in which there is no mention of their process of checking phone other than imei number. All i want is the cost as they caused damage to my personal phone which is too disgusting. As a neutral body, i am requesting you to stop this kind of behavior from this e-commerce giant by imposing heavy penalty on them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
