I am placed order for purchase of an i phone se gold as per order id od[protected] through our mobile app. The item received on today (12/06/2017) by cod. I get a faulty product ie the display not working.

I request that necesery direction may be give to me for replace the item
For getting a right one.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer that product display is having issue and we have send a mail to customer to get in touch with brand as any defect brand will be helping and closing the case from our end.
