I ordered 1 iphone x on 9th december with promised delivery on 13th december. I made full payment of rs.97, 000/-. Today after repeated calls to your customer care number, they simply extended the delivery date to 15th december???

I am extreme disappointed and expect you to give me a suitable discount if the delivery date is delayed.

Resolution: We had interacted with the customer, apologised and he informed that product is delivered to him. Hence, closing the complaint.
