I will tell you the story in short, i order my real me xt phone on on 5th oct, promised delivery date on 9th oct oder id od[protected]. Firstly it said product was in transit, then after crossing the delivery date they said product mis routed to some other place by customer care executive (Reason heavy rainfall), then complain was raised (Surely of no use), after few calls they changed their reason itself n said huge success of yours big billion day make the delays, after the product being misrouted it generally takes 3 days to get it on track. It has been 10th day since the delivery date surpassed, nobody from your team has courtesy to call and make the things right.
Still no refund nor any surety of the product.
