[Resolved] Flipkart — irritating behavior by the delivery agent | |||
Dear sir/mam, Order number: od[protected] amounting to :512/- rupees Carlton women natural flats item Delivery agent refusing to accept the item which is kept for return because of size issue but it has no price tag from the beginning of the delivery. Even though we made it clear. He kept on waiting to accept returned item for over two weeks. He rejected the item which is in good condition with all the package as delivered by the flipkart and made us to wait for two weeks by rejecting twice for silly reasons.. Such a misbehavior by the delivery agent in spite of assurance by flipkart customer care. Please look into the matter Yours sincerely Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Apr 19, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is damaged. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on (16th April). Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
