[Resolved]  Flipkart — is flipkart retailer "retailnet" really sell genuine products or worst & fake product?

Hi,
I have purchased "Bata JACOB Slip-On Sneakers" shoes from Flipkart a few months back. Was delivered to me on Nov 4 2018. In hardly use these shoes in these months but still in this short spam, sole for both the shoes gets broken from the centre bottom.

I report this issue with Flipkart and as always they said this is out of seller warranty so they can't do anything.

I am using Bata product from many years & never ever find this kind of issue. So this thing is leading to genuinely of the product. Is this really a genuine product? I have sent a separate mail to Bata for the same.
