I have ordered one mobile i. E vivo z1 pro (64gb) on flipkart on 8 august, 2019. The promised delivery date is 10 august, 2019 and the product is not delivered yet. The customer service i received from flipkart is not so helpful to me from the first day only. They asked me to wait for 5 long days that the product will be delivered on 15 august, 2019. For your very kind information my flipkart tracker is not updated, it still shows 10 august, 2019 and my order ekart logistics tracker is dead from 5 days with out any movement and any update and gave me information when i contacted to your team i repeat when i contacted gave information that address is wrong with out giving the product out for delivery and wishmaster going to that address or trying to contact to the customer.
What kind of worst services flipkart is encouraging and today morning also they said you will receive the product and later informing me to "cancel the order" what kind of solution is this you are giving to the customer and the logistics people are not able to deliver my product forever. I do not know what is the reason and it might be any reason and it is not my mistake and why should i suffer.
I am not going to cancel the order or if you want to cancel the order give me the same product with same specification with same price with what i purchased earlier. Otherwise i am not going to cancel the order very seriously. If your team cancels the order i am ready to register a complaint on flipkart and also ekart logistics for such mess created for me and i have all the proofs regarding the conversations of your team, screenshots of transactions of logistics, chat boxes and many more. This is for your kind information, please get the seriousness of the issue and deliver my product as early as possible.
