Flipkart — issue regarding flipkart paylater payment | |||
Hi team, I have made a payment of rs 1764 on oct 1 2019 as part of flipkart paylater bill. The payment did not reflect on the flipkart paylater but the amount was deducted from my account. Post which i reached flipkart service team on 4th oct to get more details on the issue, they said to wait till 8th oct. On 8th oct i got a message stating the issue might take more time to resolve and please wait for more days. On 12th oct the team said that the payment was unsuccessful and the seller has not recieved the amount, please reach out to the bank for more information. I reached out to bank and they took around 2 days and gave me written confirmation on mail that the payment was successful from their end and amount is credited to seller i. E. Flipkart. But till today i have been in touch with flipkart to make progress on the issue but always they say they can't help because it's showing the payment is failed from our end. You can do whatever you want but we can't help you in any way. Was this information helpful? | |||
