[Resolved] Flipkart — issue with the mobile phone

I bought a phone 8 days back from Flipkart, as soon as i received the device i started facing issues. I tried connecting with customer care of flipkart and they scheduled a technician visit twice. Each time technician came and reported that the device is working fine however my reported issue was unresolved. He also said that this issue is with the device and he cannot do anything with it. The mobile i purchased is LG q-Stylus.

I requested either to refund me or replace my device but they refused and cancelled my request. The behavior from the customer care was also not very friendly and they pretended that I have not any choice apart from to accept that nothing can be done.

Kindly help me to resolve this.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was defective. We have interacted with the customer, offered a replacement product, as a cx was facing issues with the product but customer ignored.Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
