I am Anoop Kumar Singh
I ordered Motorola G 70 Tablet which we received on 04.03.22
This tablet ran only for one hour during which we inserted a sim card and logged in with Google account, clicked two pics and locked the tablet with a password.
Then suddenly the tablet hanged and the screen freezed.
We got perplexed.
We requested for replacement on 05.03.22
A courier person came on 10.03.22
He refused to replace the item citing that the device is logged in and password locked.
We explained him that we tried several times to log out and disable the password but since this can only be done if tablet screen would have been responding, we didn't succeed in doing so.
But he did not listen to us and left without delivering the new tablet.
We talked to Flipkart CS and we were told the the delivery guy has denied to replace the malfunctioning item on valid grounds.
We were told to disable the password anyhow and erase all personal data.
We talked to Flipkart CS second time and we were shamelessly given a Motorola service center toll free number to get the tablet set right because the tablet is in waranty period as if I own this tablet, as if Flipkart never sold me this, as if it is matter between us and Motorola and Flipkart has nothing to do about it!
Although we talked to another Flipkart CS executive who assured us that the tablet will be replaced.
Then according to an email received from Flipkart we tried to do factory reset of the tablet and we succeeded in it.
Now we are logged out whit all our personal data erased and the password disabled.
We were assured that now we fullfilled the conditions of replacement.
But to our shock the courier person again denied to replace the item on 12.03.22 citing that the tablet screen is not working.
Wow
This was precisely the reason why we are returning the product and the delivery guy is producing the same reason for not replacing it, as if I am selling this tablet to Flipkart and as if it is my duty to sell a flawless product.
On both occasions, the delivery guys did not perform proper validation process. They only took instructions from their superior who instructed them over phone not to take back the dysfunctional MOTO G 70 Tablet and they left our doorstep.
The Flipkart CS is since then only misleading us, giving us false assurances, telling us that the tablet will be replaced sooner.
But on ground, we are facing unspeakable ailments.
Our issue is still waiting to be resolved.
