I had order embroidered mangalagiri poly silk saree (Red), i had cancled bcz i don’t want this product

I didn't get the refund till now. Actually they are not to initiated my refund. Whenever i m calling to them they are saying that refund has been done. But it never happened. I didn't recieve the refund. I talked to customer care of my issued bank as well. They said refund has not been done from flipkart. I want not wait more time, i want my refund now, plz help me in this case.
