[Resolved]  Flipkart — item missing, seller tricking flipkart as well as customer

1) i ordered two pieces of futurewizard rice lights from flipkart on 20th october,
2) i received only one piece on 23rd october.
3) it charged shipping charges twice, so i assumed that the second piece will arrive in separate shipment.
4) second shipment never arrived till last date i. E. 25th october.
5) when logged into flipkart to check the status it was showing the status as delivered for both the pieces with a single invoice.
6) on calling customer care it said we can refund by returning the product instead of filling a missing product complaint.
7) on returning it showed the status of just one piece as returned with half the money being returned. Which was not acceptable as i wanted either refund for complete invoice (In this case the product would be picked from home) or refund for the missing product only (In that case the product wont be picked).

But the merchant very cleverly was initiating refund on the single product only (Which involved picking up the product from home) instead of complete invoice.

On contacting customer care they did not file a missing product complaint and were very cleverly initiating refund for single product.

It seems devansh is a very clever merchant who is cheating flipkart as well as consumers by using loopholes in the system.
