[Resolved] Flipkart — item not delivered and money also

I have ordered moto c pkus on 21 sep 2017 but item not delivered on promise date after that new promise date com but then also item not delivered so i complained it to customer support they escalated my concern and on 13 oct they told me that item shipping details are not available so please cancel the order and get the refund so i cancelled the order on 13th oct but after that only fake promise done but refund not come now today 1 month complete but only fake promises done.

Complained at consumer forum and with customer care and send them mail and lastly they refunded my amount
