Flipkart — Item not delivered yet and no update. Pathetic service. | |||||
Flipkart, this is really upsetting. I am supposed to receive my order number OD[protected] today and I have no updates. I got in touch with flipkart executive and they say they have no information on tracking and they can't contact the courier either. Your team is so pathetic. I called up the courier from their website number and guess what they say 'don't trust the delivery date provided by the onsite vendor. It doesn't work that way'. These are the kind of guys you hire to courier your products? It's pathetic! I am not in the city starting tomorrow, so if the product is not delivered to me today I will have to cancel it. And by the way, your courier partner is completely fine with me cancelling it. They say that yeah, go ahead and cancel it. I don't know who amongst you actually cares about the customer. I had been waiting for two weeks for this order and trusting flipkart and never said anything but this is utter nonesense. May be 15.5K is not a big amount for you but if you'd have any sense then you'd know it will cost you much more than just an order, it will cost you a customer! Was this information helpful? | |||||
