Flipkart — Item not delivered yet inspite of rescheduled delivery date | |
I have ordered a action camera on 03Oct2021 paying the full amount. The product is promised to be delivered to me by 09Oct2021, but they have not delivered the product by the promised date. The Flipkart team rescheduled the delivery to 15Oct2021 with 101% assurance that my product will get delivered on or before the promised date which is not delivered. Despite of numerous complaint, the Flipkart team only replies with a word that "We are working on this". I want my product to be delivered as soon as possible. Kindly help me with this. Thank you

I went to my nearest hub, where they gave me the product's details and asked me to contact Flipkart because the product has been sitting on the "MotherHub_FRK" since 05Oct2021. Please deliver the product and refrain from making false promises. I am extremely dissatisfied with Flipkart's service. | |
