I had ordered sandisk ultra 32 gb microsdhc class 10 98 mb/s memory card and sandisk ultra dual drive m3.0 32 gb otg drive on 13th october 2018.
The orders placed are -

The delivery date as promised by flipkart was 22th october.
I had done full payment of the products with my phonepe account.
I have received the product sandisk ultra dual drive m3.0 32 gb otg drive, but the product sandisk ultra 32 gb microsdhc class 10 98 mb/s memory card is not yet delivered still but reflecting on their website as delivered. I didn't get any delivery confirmation over email or sms.
When i did not receive the product on 22th october, i escalated the issue. Within few hours, flipkart updates the orders status on their website as 'delivered'.
On 23rd october, i again call up flipkart & raise this issue. They just assure me that they will look into this matter & i get an auto generated mail mentioning or call for
That the issue will now be resolved till 27th october.
In the last 3 days, i have been getting one call a day where they just enquire from me that whether i got any call back from seller. The seller has not contacted me even once till date.
They even do not take a request to cancel the order and refund me my money.
I am deeply disappointed with the way flipkart has managed this order and
Been through mental trauma due to the several follow ups i have done with
No results.
I would have made more than 10 calls to flipkart so far but the customer service is pathetic.
I am waiting for your immediate action.
