[Resolved]  Flipkart — Item not received but showing Delivered

Hello, I am Vipin Yadav, I Have orderred good knight refill on 5th of august 2021, with order number OD[protected] amounting Rs 253. I have waited for the order to recieve but when it didn't delivered then i go to check the order status and it is showing delivered.
then i talked to flipkart customer care and they said we will look into this, when i did not get the reply, i again complaint on this but they didnot provide the complaint number, instead the send a msg stating " issue created for the same order number".
I am Totally shocked about this incident. This was the small amount order, what if it is large amount order. I would have gone mad.

I have totally lost faith in flipkart.

please look into this matter as soon as possible and make me a refund or deliver the product.
