[Resolved] Flipkart — Items missing but marked delivered | |
Hi, I had ordered grocery items from Flipkart and had requested delivery person to fill the bag. When I collected the bag, the below items were missing - Sanitary pads - Pears shower gel - Flipkart toilet paper - Flipkart toilet cleaner - Baby wipes I had contacted chat support about this and they told me that I would get the refund of all the products and the issue will be resolved by 5 Aug. But I got refund only for baby wipes. I don't know how the issue is marked resolved when it's clearly not. The chat is being redirected to multiple agents and I had to explain the issue to each agent. Few days ago, I had requested for phone number update, but that didn't happen so requesting for a callback is not the option for me. I had provided the feedback for the delivery person on the same day and I don't see any action being taken. And I am not able to write to Flipkart. It's says technical issue Had requested to contact delivery person and enquire if he missed those items. I would need those products delievered or get the refund. Such a worst customer service !
