I am sorry to say that I had ordered 30 (thirty) Floral double mink blankets from you on 7th Nov. 2023 and paid in full through my HDFC c.card bearing no ...8992. Your delivery boy came to my house on 13th Nov. 2023 at around 2.50 pm with one small polythene bag while I was talking my lunch and asked for pin, after that he ran away After completing lunch when I opened the bag only 3(three) pcs blankets were there, immediately I contacted through Flip Kart customer care service they answered we were looking into this matter and lodged a missing complaint don't worry about that we will solve within two days. I am speaking customer care service daily about my remaining 27 (twenty seven) blankets which were not delivered to me and it showed delivered on 13th Nov. 23 in your app. I never except such as reputed company can take too long time to a satisfactory answer to the customer. I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter an urgent basis and deliver remaining 27 blankets as soon as possible to me. I am waiting for your favourable answer
