Flipkart — Jaspo Skates combo

Dear Sir,
I had purchased a jaspo skate shoes combo, my order id:-OD[protected] on 13th april 22 and its delivered to me on 20th of april 22 and I found 1 accessories is missing in cartoon then I made the return request at the same time (on 20th april 2022) but is not picked yet(on 1st may 2022, 20:04 ).
I contacted customer care after 3-4 days and they said "you had selected the wrong reason that's why your parcel is not picked up" then he cancelled the return request and again created the return request with the correct reason in the backend . Next day the pickup was not done, again I connected with customer care again I received the same response, "you had created the wrong request, so pickup is not done." then again she cancelled my request and again she created the request.
Next day I received a notification that your return request was rejected because "as per our conversation your issue is resolved" but I had not received any call from flipkart regarding my complaint.
Again I call to customer care then they are saying your return window is over but you had already made the complaint before return period so we are creating the return request from back end after some time "we are facing some technical issue so unable to create the request so we are forwarding your concern to technical team you will get a call from them.
But till time neither I received any call from them nor my item was picked up for return.
Please do the needful asap.
