Dear sir, My order ID is OD[protected] I ordered a jbl bluetooth speaker(FLIP3) as a Christmas gift for my father but when my father open the parcel speaker was missing inside the box Then I request a return request as missing item but seller refuse this request and nobody contact me. and when i see the customers reviews on your website for seller (Tech studio)it was very shocking reviews .
