[Resolved] Flipkart — jbl headphones/ order is cancelled by seller | |||||
I ordered the jbl headphones with 86% discount, as seller mentiond in flipkart., i ordered my headphones, but next day i recieved a mail that your order is cancelled without any reason. Seller told that ( We are sorry to let you know that your order od[protected] for jbl t250si wired headphone has been cancelled by the seller supercomnet, as they had listed the price incorrectly due to an unforeseen error. You can place a new order for the jbl t250si wired headphone as the issue has now been fixed. ) This is not a reason.. I want my products and i have a screenshot for that.. Otherwise i have to do complaint in consumer court. I need positive responce. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Dec 07, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We spoke to the customer and we have informed that we have added Rs 100 in customer's EGV wallet as a token of apology. Feedback noted, we are closing the case from our end.
