Flipkart — Kenstar cooler Defective product

I ordered kenstar 50L desert cooler on 29/03/2022 and they delivered on 02/04/2022.but they delivered different model cooler and it was defective same time i complain to the delivery guy but he insist me that raise a online complain they will replace your product within two or three days. But still no action has been taken.
Only they are changing pickup dates.
