[Resolved] Flipkart — kent water purifier - issue with delivered good | |||
I have bought a water purifier in the month of september 2019 which got installed in first week of october. After installation the purifier started giving trouble related to tds maintenance and in last two months i have raised 4 service request to kent and inspite of changing the spares related to tds the water is still showing low tds value and low asked horrible. As the mineral content is low entire family started getting joint pains. Now when i approach kent they are claiming that we can only do service and they asked us to get back to flipkart as we bought the purifier through online and when i approach flipkart they are saying as per policy we can’t replace, so i would like to raise a complaint against flipkart as i got a defective good and kent is claiming that they can’t repair it anymore.
