Flipkart — Kitchen Rack online purchase via Facebook advrt.

7 2022 Delivered ORDER PLACED ON : Aug 07, 2022 16:44 COURIER : Ekart TRACKING ID : ORDER ID : #FT1506

The above order item delivered not the same item we ordered. We paid ₹1, 999/- for Kitchen Rack but we received only very cheap plastic tray which costing hardly ₹150/-. Plz, find out whose hands are involved in this cheating. Thank you.
