[Resolved] Flipkart — Kodak TV replacement rejected by seller | |
Order ID - OD[protected] I have purchased kodak 43 inch TV durring offer period. I have got discount as per offer. This product has 10 days replacement policy. Installation person has taken video of faulty display and triggered replacement, but seller is denying replacement. Seller has sent faulty products, but now seller is denying replacement, although he is selling same product on Flipkart and Flipkart is taking no action. Flipkart is supposed to help customers. I want my product. Either seller has to replace with same working product or higher version which ever is available with them. After waiting for so long, I got faulty TV and Flipkart is not helping. New TV recieved, faulty TV taken back.
New TV instalation completed and working fine.
