[Resolved] Flipkart — Laptop issue | |||||
I bought Dell Vostro Laptop in Flipkart 10 or 11 months ago, Later on I had some issues with the Laptop and went on to claim warranty from Dell, but later I received a Call from Dell stating that " the part which was damaged in the laptop was not the same when manufactured. So, they informed me that I was not entitled to claim Warranty." As per their information, the device i received from Flipkart was not original but ASSEMBLED. I had mailed the same to Flipkart customer support, but I did not receive any updates or Response. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Aug 12, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jul 08, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have taken up this case internally. We will get back to the customer with an update.
Verified Support Jul 10, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complained that product is defective. We interacted and processed the refund. Hence closing the case from our end.
