I ordered a laptop (OD[protected] on Saturday 6th August 2022. It was supposed to be delivered the next day 7th August 2022. It did't happen.
The laptop reached to the nearest hub which is just 2 kms from the delivery address on 8th August 2022 (7 AM IST). After that laptop was never delivered to me. Its been now 7 days and even after many complaints Flipkart is unable to support.
Since this is an electronic item and that too a costly product, it should not have been there on hub for 7 days. I want to cancel my order but both Flipkart App/Site are not allowing me to cancel it. I requested Customer support so many times but they are always giving standard replies.
I want to cancel the order and get my money back.
