I was supposed to get this laptop which I have already paid 77, 240 rupees on 26th July. But Flipkart has delayed it 3 times already and now saying they will try to resolve issue in next 5 days by 3rd Aug.
My laptop has already reached hub nearest to my location on 27th. It has already been more than 3 days but they are not delivering.
Fraud/Unethical practices by Flipkart:
- Misguiding customers by showing product has reached nearest hub.
- Support team don't give any reason and only says 'Due to unexpected reasons this has happened'. Their support team is only for giving emotional support and not solve the issue.
- Support team put all blame on Ekart delivery partner. And there is no way to contact Ekart.
- They are giving 2000 rs if I order same laptop again, which costs me 3000 more now. They have not even refunded the money.
Fraud by Ekart Logistics:
- Showing wrong information of the product status in transit.
- Not giving actual reasons about why it is not being delivered.
Fraud by seller TBL Online:
- Maybe they have not delivered the exact product and got my money. Now flipkart push me to cancel. And i will have to order again on higher price.
I have already spend more than and hour talkin' to your customer support but you guys are not helpful.
I DON'T WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER FOR WHICH I HAVE ALREADY PAID, AND I NEED MY LAPTOP IMMEDIATELY, I NEED THIS FOR WORK PURPOSE.
WHY LAPTOP IS NOT BEING DELIVERYED IF ALREADY AT MY NEAREST HUB FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS?
RESOLVE THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY OR I WILL HAVE TO TAKE STRICT LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS.
