Flipkart — Laptop not replacement and no refund as laptop is defective and I have asked for the replacement on they same day itself

I would like to know the case on 3 march i order's the product then it was delivered by 5 march on 5 march i placed replacement as the laptop was not turning on and technical visit has been arranged but not technical visit has been till 25 days no response from Flipkart they are delayed the issue even not replacement of the product they say they ll resolve in 24 hrs but they never resolved and now it's 26 days
