[Resolved] Flipkart — Laptop problem | |||
I got this laptop just twenty six days back through flipcart but it gave the problem with hard drive short dst failed. So its not working. I want to replace it. Please do immeedietl. I got this as second laptop. This is a replacement one. Even though this also gives the problem. Please resolve it immediately. I have lot of work to do. Please replace it or refund me. I am sorry you are facing the issues with the hard drive.
I'd say that the drive is probably failing. I would get your important data off it as soon as possible.
After your important data is off download diagnostic software from manufacturer and run to confirm the hard drive failure.
You can send the drive for replacement if it's under warranty by contacting the manufacturer.
