Flipkart — Laptop replacement not accepted

I ordered a msi laptop from flipkart named - msi alpha 15
After 2 days o[censored]sing it some windows and hardware problem so i decided to replace it. They accepted and i got a message from they that a technician would be sent but after 7 days of that (end of the replacement period), i got a message from they saying that the problem is resolved but i got no technician visit or a reason why they kept canceling my replacemnet request this happed not once but 3 times far they've gave nothing but stress and headache for past 7 days by giving fake promises and resolution, at this point I don't even want a return and replacement, I want a refund so that I can buy the same laptop from elsewhere.
