[Resolved] Flipkart — laptop still not delivered after a week of delay! | |||
I had ordered an asus laptop of the series r542uq-dm251t in dark grey on 11th october and paid for it online. My order number is od[protected]. The promised delivery date was 13th october. I didn't receive it. After which they delayed their delivery date by a week to 20th october by 7 p. M. And still failed to deliver the product. I was fake promised resolution by 24 hours each time by the customer care still saw no update. Each time i talk to them they are just delaying it further and further. I had messaged them today at separate times for an update and they just lied to me! Hence i have attached screenshots of what i had been told. There is high level of ignorance from flipkart. Verified Support Oct 24, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery delay.Order was delivered and E-Gift Voucher of Rs 300 was added to customer's Flipkart Account for the delay. Customer wasn't available over the phone. Email sent with the details. Closing the case. | |||

I am also facing the same issues. I ordera laptop and paid the money online . The delivery date was 1st Nov and tgey suddenly changed it today to 8th november
