Flipkart — Laptop stopped working of avita

My order id is OD[protected] of avita laptop which stopped working nd still it is under warrenty and customer care support of avita also stopped working still flipkart is selling thier product with two year warrenty nd I have complained fo More than 15 days I have contacted so many time but flipkart not given a single satisfactory answer till now they use to tell me that they are working will help me just wait they harrs me mently so much I can't ecplainplease help me I can so email call recording and incid nt which I lodge.
