I had order a product via flipkart First of all it was delayed by 1.5 days And on asking the delivery guy about the update, he was rude Hence raised a complain with flipkart but the customer care took it very lightly and was very much unprofessional. When i asked to speak to the managed i was kept on hold from some guy named kunal for 35 minutes and thus i had to disconnect the call Highly irresponsible and unprofessional behavior from flipkart I wont be ordering any more stuff from flipkart Was this information helpful? | |||||
